In addition to the regular modules, a further element for multiplicators is an instructor course. For more information, see “instructor course”.

Seminars Focusing on Specific Topics or Target Groups

Besides our standard training modules, we offer customized instruction adapted to specific tasks and operational situations. Highly specalized police units with their specific tasks, differing equpiment or particular space conditions have specific questions which can be observed. This cold for example be: self-protection and arrest control in very small rooms, the disarming from firearms and knifes in hostage scenarios and other topics.

A Comment Concerning the Purpose of our Program within a Modern Law Enforcement Context

Modern law enforcement staff training in tactical leadership largely eliminates direct man-to-man contact. However sovereign appearance, uniform, de-escalating conversation techniques and the pure presence of objects of force can not always lead to the desired success. Every day officers are facing resistance and are often confronted with health- and sometimes life threatening situations.

Combat training helps to protect the life and health of an officer, whenever a physical threat turns into violent action or even escalates into an armed fight. It can also provide an officer with the necessary inner calm and strength to maintain an overview as well as to quickly gain control over the situation.

Furthermore a solid combat training using multiple techniques to defend oneself in life threatening situations helps build an officer’s confidence, which in turn can have a de-escalating effect in itself.

Organisation of Seminars

Some of our seminars are open to all uniformed staff. Other seminars are strictly invitational.

Officers who wish to take part in our training on their own initiative are invited to join one of our open seminars. Another option would be to organize a training unit at their place either as a module within the official training program or privately as an initiative of motivated colleguages. If you are interested, feel free to contact us. Further information is to be found under “Seminars”.
