Urban Self-Defense - Self-protection for everybody

The Tactical CQC Training is primarely a conflict-management and self-protection progrm for uniformed security forces (military, police, prison and court guards ...). Due to great public interest for a simple, easy to learn and highly effective self-defense program for everybody, we initiated the Urban Self-Defense program. Every man and woman can learn to protect their health, life and family very fast and effectively in any kind of physical confrontation.

Urban Self-Defense is no new Martial Arts style with traditions, basic education, step-by-step progressions, examinations and the like. Also, it is not based on a specific Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc. style.

It just teaches you how to defend yourself effectively against all common forms of assault in just a few hours of training. Hereby we rely on tactics and techniques, which have proven valuable during our years of cooperation with officers from the military, police and other public security areas. The standard training is split in two parts:

Empty Hand Defense Tactics 

Tactics and techniques of unarmed self-defense.

Easy and highly effective solutions to protect yourself against any kind of unarmed physical confrontation. 

Weapon Defense Tactics 

Tactics and techniques of self-defense against any kind of attack with a knife or a club.

Knifes and clubs are dangerous weapons which can get life threatening very fast. This fact has to be handled with heavy responsibility. There is no room for any kind of experiments. We teach reliable techniques against armed attackers.

 

Being able to protect yourself, will give you more quality of life. Being able to go to work at dawn, to sit alone in the subway, to go to sports in the evening or just to go down to your own basement, without any fear, that is life quality. To know about the abilty to protect yourself, your family and friends in emergancy cases will feel good and will allow you to enjoy your life a bit more free from sorrows.

In order to master the Urban Self-Defense techniques and tactics you neither need a solid background in Martial Arts or a high fitness level. Also physical handicaps like knee or back injuries will be no obstacle to learn our self-defense program. Urban Self-Defense is for everybody. Everbody can learn how to protect his health and life.
